Cigno CDL Training & Services gives public notice of its policy to uphold and assure full compliance with the nondiscrimination requirements of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and related Federal nondiscrimination authorities.
Title VI and related nondiscrimination authorities stipulate that no person in the United States shall, on the grounds of race, color, national origin, sex, age, or disability, be excluded from participation in, denied the benefits of, or otherwise subjected to discrimination under any program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance.

Any person who believes that they have been subjected to discrimination prohibited by Title VI or related Federal nondiscrimination authorities may file a complaint with Cigno CDL Training & Services.
Complaints must be submitted within one hundred eighty (180) calendar days of the alleged discriminatory act.
To submit a Title VI Complaint, please download and complete the Title VI Complaint Form and submit it to the Title VI Program Coordinator.
